She is founder, President and CEO of Synergy Education Holdings Group, an AI-native education company built on a position nobody else occupies: there is money already appropriated to train American workers — federal workforce funding, veterans’ benefits, employer tuition reimbursement, education savings accounts, settlement dollars — and almost none of it reaches a classroom, because nobody connects the person to it. SEHG’s platform starts with a different question. Not what course do you want, but what funding are you eligible for.
The company operates a catalogue of 144 published courses across eight industry verticals in English, Spanish and Arabic, delivered on its own learning platform, white-labelled for university partners. Underneath it sit twelve proprietary AI tools in three suites — workforce intelligence, academic integrity and curriculum generation — covering funding eligibility, occupational matching against federal labour data, adaptive learning, return-on-investment modelling, AI-assistance forensics and automated curriculum production. Eight further patents are in preparation on that technology.
Synergy is a woman-owned, WOSB-certified business — a registered federal contractor authorized in four states, and holds state professional-development approvals in public safety that most training providers cannot obtain.
As Chief Learning Officer — with acting Chief Strategy, Revenue and Operating Officer responsibilities — her growth record ran in two acts. She scaled the core business from $10M to $100M by building a 77-university partnership network of 175+ accredited programs serving more than 30,000 students. She then founded a national public-safety training division and built a $97M pipeline in seven months, $84M of it personally sourced. Dr. Levy is a revenue-generating powerhouse serving every industry sector.
She grew the team from 5 to more than 250, authored the sales, faculty and funding playbooks that made the model repeatable, and raised over $8M in philanthropic and institutional support. She led curriculum governance and accreditation across AACSB, SACSCOC, HLC, WSCUC and ACBSP, and personally cleared federal Title IV and Title IX audits in two states — including establishing what regulators will and will not accept as faculty of record when instruction is AI-generated, a question most of the sector has not yet had to answer.
In the last five years she has trained more than 30,000 corporate executives and more than 30,000 public-safety personnel, including at prior organizations.
Her convening power operates at national scale. She has designed and run corporate advisory boards for Fortune-ranked and Inc.-ranked companies in learning and development and replicated the model in the public sector with a 250+ member national advisory board spanning U.S. senators and state legislators, chiefs of staff, chiefs of police, fire chiefs, corrections wardens and government budget and finance officials.
In financial services she directed national media-buying and lead-generation strategy at Network Capital during a period in which the refinance portfolio scaled from approximately $500M to $44B. She has also served as an intellectual property and product consultant to consumer-product companies, authoring the patents and novelty claims behind their filings and supporting successful capital raises.
Dr. Levy is a named co-inventor on two awarded U.S. utility patents in AI and educational technology, covering biometric bias prevention and motion-sensor proctoring, and she authored the novelty claims herself. Her patent authorship spans four sectors — wearable technology, educational technology, retail and AI EdTech. Eight further patents are in preparation under the Synergy brand.
Dr. Levy has taught at university level continuously since 2005, at both undergraduate and graduate level. Appointments include New York University, the University of Miami, Palm Beach State College, Keiser University, Odessa College and Minzu University of China, and she has served on a doctoral dissertation committee at the University of Memphis.
She is the author or co-author of seven books — including AI in Education: An Academic Revolution — and seven peer-reviewed journal articles, and serves as a peer reviewer for Oxford University Press and the Journal of Knowledge Management Practice. She has judged the National Chief Learning Officer of the Year competition in 2023, 2024 and 2025.
She holds a DBA from Touro University Worldwide, where her dissertation produced an innovation scale since deployed internationally; M.S. degrees in Computer Science and in Management Engineering; a B.A. from Binghamton University; and is a Juris Doctor candidate. Recognition includes Professor of the Year and the MBAA International Best Paper Award. This year alone, she has been nominated for the Women of Worth Award at the County Chamber of Commerce Annual Award Ceremony in Palm Beach County, FL for providing impact, upskilling and corporate workforce training throughout the State of Florida. She has served as a speaker for the Minnesota Association for Children’s Mental Health on a grant-infused CIT training course in Minnesota Mobile Mental Health Crisis Response, and was a finalist in the TiE Women’s Entrepreneurship Grant Conference, taking the stage before highly recognized investors for funding.
