Staffing model

How we staff an engagement

Leadership core.

Strategy, curriculum architecture, accreditation and compliance, contract delivery.

Named faculty under agreement.

Subject-matter leads and facilitators engaged per program area, named in the proposal before award.

Recruited to specification.

For contracts requiring additional instructional design, learner support or facilitation at scale, we recruit to the qualification standard stated in the solicitation and name personnel before award. Our curriculum, platform, assessment and reporting infrastructure is already built — what scales is delivery, not development.

Why the model works.

The platform carries registration, payment, learner support, reporting and assessment automatically. Headcount is required for facilitation and subject-matter depth, not for administration — which is what allows a small core to deliver at contract scale.

Every person on this page can be verified.

We name faculty in proposals before award and we do not list advisors or references as staff.
