Caring for the Caregiver (RESET)
The RESET framework for caregiver resilience: recognize occupational stress injuries, regulate in the moment, and build a sustainable career in human services. Completion certificate included.
Auto-issued completion certificate with completion tracking suitable for CEU/CEH documentation. Professional-development training, not clinical therapy. Subject-matter review by SEHG required before publication.
Course Overview
A self-paced resilience and well-being course for human-services caregivers — DHS caseworkers, healthcare workers, and social workers. Built around the five-step RESET framework (Recognize, Evaluate, Steady, Engage, Tend), it covers burnout, compassion fatigue, secondary traumatic stress, and moral injury; teaches practical in-shift regulation skills; and closes with a personal sustainability plan. Pre-assessment opens the course; the same instrument closes it as a post-assessment, and per-module knowledge checks gate the auto-issued completion certificate for CEU/CEH tracking.
